“Perm University Herald. Economy” is a peer-reviewed scientific journal where the results of theoretical, methodological, scientific and practical researches of Russian and foreign scholars in the field of current economic knowledge are published based on the principles of editorial policy and publication ethics.

The aim of the journal editorial policy is to promote the progressive development of economic science by publishing highly qualified scientific articles that highlight theoretical and practical issues of methodology and methods of economic systems research, management of the national economy, mathematical and instrumental methods of economics, accounting, auditing and economic analysis.  

The objectives of the journal editorial policy are:

• to give scientists an opportunity to publish research results under the conditions of publicity and openness, meeting the announced aims and sections of the journal and ethical principles and norms of scientific-publication process;     
• to promote and built up authors’ reputation in scientific community, to make their scientific career; 
• to contribute into the open scientific debate in order to improve the quality of scientific researches and their expertise, to reveal the potential of scientific achievements to put them further into practice; 
• to promote scientific communication among Russian and foreign scientists in close related areas of scientific researches and schools;
• to draw the attention of scientific community to the most relevant, interesting and debating trends of economic science.
