We would like to appreciate the editorial board and the staff of the scientific journal “Perm University Herald. ECONOMY” and to share our impression about the reciprocal and effective cooperation.
First, the scientific works by the Professor, Doctor of Economic Sciences Oleg Sergeevitch Sukharev, that are regularly published in the Journal attracted our attention. His studies are devoted to a huge range of issues concerning structural shifts, innovations, industrialization, economic policy, economic growth and the development of national economy in general.
The main concepts of the studies by O.S. Sukharev and by other scientists (G.V. Kutergina, A.V. Lapin, V.A. Koksharov, T.V. Mirolyubova, E.N. Voronchikhina, Yu.K. Perskiy, V.V. Lepikhin, E.V. Semenova, O.V. Butorina, E.V. Batalova, Yu.S. Fukalova, D.N. Shults), whose works became familiar to us due to your journal, correspond to our ideas concerning the research of the strategy of national economy structuring.
Possessing some research (rather unpretentious) results obtained in the frameworks of master and doctoral theses, budget and other fields, we decided to share with these results and sent you our article for submission in December 2016. Unfortunately, this article, as we learnt later, contained a lot of mistakes. In a month the detailed, comprehensive and scientifically proven reviews were sent to us (We would really like to thank the reviewers for their professional and conscientious work!).
First we were shocked! We did not expect such reviews! But later on when we realized the content of the reviews, their professional logical advice, we made up our mine to continuer our study, to make it deeper and more profound.
We really appreciate you for the opportunity to get acquainted with the schools of thoughts of the Faculty of Economics of Perm State University, for the efficient work of the editorial staff of the scientific journal “Perm University Herald. ECONOMY”, who strictly observed the deadlines and continued working with us, as well as for the opportunity to get familiar with the researches of other scientists whose concepts and themes correspond to our publications.
We thank you for the printed version of the journal for the authors and for the cooperation as well. To work with you was both really pleasant and complicated. We hope for further collaboration.
Our “scientific brotherhood” with you and the opportunity to be published in the journal when there is a “hybrid” war and Donetsk being constantly under fire and the blockade continues living, working and, what is more paradoxical, researching and teaching were particularly affecting to us!
We particularly appreciate Oleg Sergeevitch Sukharev for his researches. In former peaceful times we would invite him and other colleagues to our scientific conferences and forums. We also would come to you with pleasure. But unfortunately the further trends and future of Donetsk is unclear....
