Theoretical and methodological methods to the research of the structural transformation of economic systems from the view point of an evolutionary approach to the analysis of structural changes, shifts and crises are discussed in the issue. Using the microeconomic analysis tools the mechanisms to minimize market and state failures when implementing public-private partnership projects have been suggested.
Theoretical, methodological and practical tasks of economic-mathematical simulation have been revealed in the scientific articles devoted to the demand and supply forecasting at a credit market based on the Bank of Russia diffusion indices, to the modelling of Russian government bonds yield with a non-residents share factor, to the development of an optimization strategy of guaranteed results for investment projecting processes and to the design of a fuzzy-logic decision tree model to structure regional TV channel audience preferences.
The improvement of regulatory support for science and industry in the Russian Federation has been proven and the system of methodological principles of business process reengineering in fuel and energy complex of Russia has been suggested.
