Currently, the issue of rural economic recovery and development of rural areas is becoming more urgent. The existing problems in rural areas are very similar in various regions of our country, such as depopulation and abandonment of land, high unemployment rates and inadequate access to basic services and infrastructure. The need to reach a new level of development forces the development of new mechanisms for the effective functioning of agricultural enterprises and clusters in rural areas, which are often perceived not only as drivers in improving economic performance and economic results, but also as a multidisciplinary factor in changes in the social system. The special strategic and social importance of the agricultural sector, controversial and insufficiently developed complex issues related to the multifunctional development of rural areas prove the timeliness and relevance of research in this area. The revival of the village was the subject of numerous scientific papers. This article argues that the development of the agricultural sector will contribute to the development of rural areas. By advancing this argument, the author examines the way to increase interest of agricultural producers on the basis of the regulation of the price mechanism in the regional agrarian cluster. The article analyzes the existing theoretical and methodological approaches to the development of rural areas. The methodical approach and the author's price mechanism of the organization of intra – cluster relations of economic entities in the region, based on obtaining a synergetic effect-cluster rent and its proportional distribution among the participants agrocluster. It is established that the development of agrocluster, which unites small and medium-sized agribusiness in the region, will contribute to the improvement of the level and quality of the rural population, the development of rural areas.
