Дерево исследований умных городов

Цель настоящего исследования заключается в систематизации научных работ, опубликованных по тематике умного города и проиндексированных в наиболее авторитетных международных базах научных публикаций. В качестве информационной базы для исследования использовались публикации в Scopus и Web of Science. Отбор публикаций для их систематизации осуществлялся по запросу “smart city” в теме публикации и в ключевых словах. В подборку исследований вошли только научные статьи (исключены материалы конференций и другие публикации), что позволило произвести оценку и систематизацию полноценных и фундаментальных работ по тематике умных городов, проиндексированных в Web of Science и Scopus. В статье рассмотрен ряд смежных направлений, имеющих определяющее значение в рамках развития исследований умных городов, среди которых можно выделить ускоряющиеся темпы цифровизации всех аспектов социально-экономической жизни современного общества, урбанизацию территорий, усиливающуюся нагрузку на окружающую среду и возрастающие объемы использования различного рода ресурсов. На основе систематизации публикаций по указанным параметрам выявлены основные направления исследований, в рамках которых развивается тематика умных городов. Для визуализации тенденций и направлений исследований в сфере цифровизации городской среды и реализации идей умного города построено дерево исследований, отражающее авторское представление о развитии исследований по тематике умных городов. В работе отмечается, что основные направления, в рамках которых развиваются исследования умных городов в мировом масштабе, связаны с такими аспектами, как инфраструктура умных городов, управление умными городами, социально-инновационное развитие умных городов. Эти аспекты выделяются в качестве основных при построении дерева исследований в настоящей работе. Научная новизна полученного результата заключается в систематизации исследований по тематике умных городов и выявлении основных тенденций развития в этой сфере знаний.
